Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.
∎ Develop, revise, interpret & communicate HR policies & procedures.
∎ Ensure effective performance appraisal system as per company policy.
∎ Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company's business.
∎ Ensure employee promotion, transfer, confirmation, reassignment are carried out as per company policy.
∎ Facilitate HR related surveys that has departmental & organization level implications.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships with HO and effective communication between Company & employees
∎ Ensure required training is conducted as needs basis of the employees on regular basis as well as create motivation for all employees.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good knowledge in labour law
