Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical supervision/advice to the programs
∎ Participate actively in project cycle related activities with focus on M&E, project proposal, and reporting.
∎ Ensure adequate follow up of nutrition and health programs
∎ Support coordination efforts at country level
∎ Objective 1: Provide technical supervision/advice to the programs
∎ Review the projects implementation methodology and field level data related to the programs;
∎ Review monthly reports from field level and provide input to Dhaka level regular reporting;
∎ Organize and undertake field visits while at the same time providing a detailed technical report of such activities.
∎ Assist to ensure that standard ACF protocols/National protocols are followed and that programs meet internationally recognized benchmark standards.
∎ Provide training and on the job coaching to field staffs and community volunteers on CMAM approach/ In patient management of SAM/ Nutrition in Emergencies to enable them to promote positive behavior changes among targeted beneficiaries (as per requirement)
∎ Provide technical support to program staff and suggest solutions in case of challenges
∎ Assist in the integration of other departments (Mental health, WASH, Food Security) and nutrition activities in each other programs where possible.
∎ Prepare and undertake capacity building of partners on nutrition related issues
∎ Objective 2: Participate actively in project cycle related activities with focus on M&E, project proposal, and reporting.
∎ Participate in the drafting of new project proposals and responding to donor queries.
∎ Participate in the drafting of TORS and JDs and take part in interview/recruitment for staff and consultants hired to undertake CMAM and other nutritional program related assignments.
∎ Develop and assist to maintain an effective M&E system and database for CMAM programs and actively participate in the monitoring and evaluation of field activities and in the definition of programmatic directions.
∎ Participate in planning and execution of CMAM and other nutrition programs evaluations and needs assessments in order to gauge impact and to identify actual needs on the ground
∎ Objective 3: Ensure adequate follow up of nutrition and health programs.
∎ In liaison with PMS provide timely updates of the programs with a detailed compilation every end of the month for sharing with other programs and coordination team.
∎ Participate in capitalization of the nutrition program (lessons learned, etc.).
∎ Participate in the recruitment process and in staff appraisals and orientations.
∎ Propose intervention strategies
∎ Objective 4: Support coordination efforts at country level.
∎ Develop and update stakeholder mapping periodically
∎ Prepare and undertake capacity building of partners on nutrition related issues
∎ Participate in the advocacy for adoption of the nutrition and health related activities.
∎ Represent ACF in thematic fora on health and nutrition when required
∎ Deputies the head of department nutrition and health in her absence.
∎ Assist in the coordination with other partners/agencies intervening in the medical and nutritional field.
∎ Objective 5: Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries;
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities;
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committees;
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You have at least 5 years of professional experience including 2 years' experience in nutrition and child health programming;
∎ You have experience of development of nutrition programs.
∎ You have experience in capacity building and technical supervision.
∎ You are experienced, mature, responsible, flexible, self-motivated, keen interest in this position.
∎ You have good stress management in tense and difficult environment;
∎ You have strong analytical and computer skills, with an emphasis on budget and financial analysis;
∎ You have good managerial, operational and humanitarian leadership skills;
∎ You have excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills;
∎ You have advanced analytical skills and ability produce clear, concise analysis and draw recommendations.
∎ You have good command of English (spoken and written).
∎ You have ability to believe and follow ACF’s principles and values.

Salary: Tk. 131000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants;
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year;
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year;
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
∎ Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge;
∎ Technical trainings at HQ Paris or regional level (averagely 1 per year);
