Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recommend a sound credit policy to the senior management.
∎ Maintain the credit policy. Review and monitoring of various credit programs and product guideline.
∎ Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management.
∎ Leading the team of credit approval to ensure high standard of credit of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools.
∎ Review all the business proposal for approval of appropriate proposals to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure.
∎ Investigate all credit applications and conduct visit before approval.
∎ Post approval/ sanction monitoring of the credit portfolio
∎ Conduct periodic credit reviews.
∎ Monitor repayment progress and leading collections initiatives for delinquent accounts (if any).
∎ Maintain a departmental organizational structure to meet all goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance and regulations of Central Bank and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Measure department performance with appropriate metrics.
∎ Maintain credit related Bangladesh Bank reporting.
∎ Providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members.
