Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ A Master's/Major in Human Resources Management will be preferable.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Rajshahi University,North South University students will get preference

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate should have thorough practical knowledge of all Human Resource & Compliance (Social & Environmental) issues, have the capacity to manage the Buyers Inspection team/ Buying Offices independently & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyer's requirement.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to make the factory complex always fully compliant as per different Buyers' requirements.
∎ The candidate should be able to maintain & sustain compliance issues of the factory as per the requirement of ACCORD/RSC.
∎ The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of compliance standards (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAT, OCS, GRS, RCS, FCCA, GOTS, STeP by OeKo-Tex and Oekotex-100, etc.) Issues and compliance-related HR documentation.
∎ Responsible for preparing corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party social compliance audits.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Liaison with BGMEA, Fire & Civil Defense, BEPZA, etc.
∎ Responsible for conducting Health & Safety related training and awareness program
∎ Responsible for Wastewater tests, Drinking water tests, Environmental tests, Physical checkups of employees, etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring any other job assigned by Top Management.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of Labor Law.
∎ Should have a workable knowledge of BNBC.
