• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company`s business objectives and drives operational efficiency.

• Monitor and control supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Review & implement policies, procedures and systems to monitor, measure and record data for procurement, inventory management and vendor management related works.

• Identify and drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within the operations.

• Ensure material procurement and material planning are synchronized with sales forecast and production planning.

• Oversee the vendor identification, evaluation and finalization process, particularly for high value or key items to reduce supply chain cost, improve the quality and timeliness of the delivery process and items.

• Maintain a good relationship with the suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient use of resources and effective material and component supply practices.

• Set standards and implement processes for maintaining optimum cost-effective inventory levels at manufacturing unit and Distribution centers.

• Ensure a seamless process flow to achieve faster turnaround and all targets of inwards/picking/dispatches with minimum hassle & proper quality of work/services.

• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing stock outs and overstock situations.

• Monitor performances of transport/shipping vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery of products to Retail store, Wholesale, Franchise and other sales channels’ partners.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain through various strategies·

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with government bodies, customs authorities, and other regulatory agencies to ensure smooth supply chain operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through measurable objective(s).
