Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the CHRO to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they meet their individual and team goals.
∎ Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and managing the onboarding process.
∎ Develop and implement performance management processes that support employee development and align with organizational goals.
∎ Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
∎ Develop and implement organizational development initiatives that foster a positive work culture and increase employee engagement
∎ Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS management, and employee relations
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that all HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
∎ Manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and other initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience.
∎ Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and align with industry standards and organizational objectives.
∎ Develop and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that HR initiatives are data-driven.
∎ Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends, recommending and implementing changes as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
∎ Demonstrated experience in leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
