Education:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Prior work experience in agro-based industries will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:
Age: 40–55 years.
Willing to travel frequently across project locations.
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design drawings.

Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and committed Civil Engineer to join our team as Deputy General Manager – Construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of civil construction and shade-related projects within our factory premises, including planning, supervision, project coordination, and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, Management, and supervision of multiple ongoing construction projects.
Ensure proper documentation is maintained for future audits.
Coordinate and guide the construction team to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Regularly visit project sites and stay updated through project managers to track construction progress.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the appropriate authorities.
Review and coordinate all architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings and maintain communication with consultants and design firms.
Supervise concrete mix ratios and water-cement ratios during casting, including conducting field tests.
Conduct and analyze tests to ensure project quality aligns with specified standards.
Gather necessary data and photos from proposed sites (roads, bridges, culverts) for preparing line diagrams, estimates, and BOQs.
