Education:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

• Prior work experience in agro-based industries will be an added advantage

• Age: 40–55 years.        

• Willing to travel frequently across project locations.        

• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design drawings.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and committed Civil Engineer to join our team as Deputy General Manager – Construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of civil construction and shade-related projects within our factory premises, including planning, supervision, project coordination, and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, Management, and supervision of multiple ongoing construction projects.

• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for future audits.

• Coordinate and guide the construction team to ensure timely and quality project execution.

• Regularly visit project sites and stay updated through project managers to track construction progress.

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the appropriate authorities.

• Review and coordinate all architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings and maintain communication with consultants and design firms.

• Supervise concrete mix ratios and water-cement ratios during casting, including conducting field tests.

• Conduct and analyze tests to ensure project quality aligns with specified standards.

• Gather necessary data and photos from proposed sites (roads, bridges, culverts) for preparing line diagrams, estimates, and BOQs.
