Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliveries.
∎ Ensure that all deliveries are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Lead the delivery scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Manage changes to the delivery scope, delivery schedule and delivery costs using appropriate verification techniques.
∎ Measure delivery performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize delivery risks.
∎ Meet with clients (external/internal) to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each delivery.
∎ Delegate delivery tasks based on relevant members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in project management from conception to delivery
∎ An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
∎ Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
∎ A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
