Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering( BUET, RUET, CUET, DUET, KUET & any public university is preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & implement the overall appropriate plant production process
∎ Daily monitoring production and consumption data input in SAP (PP module)
∎ Ensure in SAP when required update for new input of product development.
∎ Ensure employees within the area of responsibility are adequately trained and developed
∎ To ensure mill performance efficiency by TPH, availability index, OEE
∎ Power consumption kwh/ton to be reduced at company target
∎ Check the quality of empty bags with the performance of new design and supplier product.
∎ Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
∎ Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
∎ Ensure RM physical inventory count by Internal & External.
∎ Daily simulation of all raw material reception, consumption, and inventory according to plan
∎ Supply chain planning of RM purchase with procurement, production, and sales
∎ Optimizing plant facility-wise RM inventory to meet production target.
∎ To prepare a yearly budget and evaluate actual budget performance.
∎ Monitor daily unloading system to find scope and take initiative to improvement with coordinate line functional team.
∎ Monitoring & follow up on the Production recipe
∎ Coordinate with the Quality and production team to assist the process performance and control daily key parameters of production.
∎ Control & Maintain daily Clinker factor based on our target of each month.
∎ For any improvement in the production process coordinate with the maintenance team for support from them.
∎ Day to day monitoring task to complete the project in time
∎ Ensuring to maintain project schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet.
