Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in any Discipline; preferably in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Management from a Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong administrative skill.
∎ Strong mentality to adopt factory management.
∎ Strong will power to work hard beyond fixed office hour.
∎ Strong leadership quality to guide and lead different departments/ sections, expert to deal with legal matters.
∎ Strong adjustment/ conformation skill to accept challenges from different corners.
∎ Good knowledge on basic compliance requirements and labor law.
∎ Strong adaptability to work with every types of workers and to guide them.
∎ Strong knowledge on factory security in regards to human, machines, goods.
∎ Strong control over transport management.
∎ Strong knowledge on goods turnover/ transfer and shipment process.
∎ Good human resource management skill in regards to payroll management, discipline, welfare & benefits etc.
∎ Good skill on organizing programs, training's etc. on requirement.
∎ Strong knowledge on policy preparation and ensuring execution.
∎ Strong knowledge on fire safety and security of the Company's employees, assets and properties.
∎ Quality to maintain good relation with Law Enforcing Agencies, Local Administration, Labor Federation etc.
∎ Perform any other works assigned by higher management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The applicant should have experience of working in Spinning Mills
∎ Should have almost 10 years experience in similar or senior management position.
∎ Candidates must be from Military Service & the Rank of a Retired Major.
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on implementation of KPI & SOP.
∎ Strong background on administrative control.

Salary: Negotiable
