• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.

• Assist al the project teams to ensure seamless execution of ongoing projects, maintaining alignment with company objectives and timelines.

• Supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of cross-border projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Facilitating efficient business communications, bridging cultural and innovative operational to support effective decision-making.

• Acting as the principal point of contact for Chinese counterparts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and reporting regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities.

• Directly report to the designated senior management and are expected to represent Walton’s business interests professionally and confidentially in all your dealings.
