Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/EMBA in Finance or Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ Professional background (preferably CMA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA qualified) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Budget & budgetary control:
∎ Prepare to prepare budget
∎ Review and monitoring the budget with actual expenditure as regular basis.
∎ Take action against budget & budgetary Controlling.
∎ Prepare Budget Expenses Summary (BES) with notes for compare the Expenditure trends with approve budget
∎ 2.Financial Operation and control:
∎ Accounts keeping of SCVC project, General Fund projects and emergency response project or short duration projects.
∎ Checking all the transactions.
∎ Ensure daily basis accounts closing.
∎ Daily cash in hand checking and ensure the security of cash.
∎ Ensure revenue stamp affix for acknowledge receipt/bill voucher and Tax, VAT deducted as per GOB rules.
∎ Checking employee’s monthly salary voucher and transfer to the bank with management approval by ensuring the individual reports of the staffs.
∎ 3. Procurement & Inventory control:
∎ Review the purchase requisition (PR) with necessary budget provision and approval.
∎ Assist to prepare Bid Summary and Purchase Order (PO) for Procurement.
∎ Receive the Procured goods and services by as per PO
∎ Ensure that the procured goods is okay as per PO
∎ Physical check the FF&E/IIR items and affix the ID number on FF&E
∎ Ensure Deliver challan are used for receiving & issuing goods.
∎ Ensure store items are issued properly.
∎ 4. Audit and Audit report:
∎ Follow up internal audit report/feedback and take necessary actions to improve the financial management system.
∎ Assist to appoint external audits.
∎ Support to the external audits.
∎ 5. Reporting and documentation:
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly, Annual Financial Report.
∎ Prepare Budget Expenditure Report.
∎ Ensure proper documentation on finance.
∎ Record keeping of vehicle/Motorcycle movement, expenses and maintenance
∎ Prepare all advance lists for monthly reporting to Management.
∎ Prepare FF&E/IIR report/reconcile the FF&E items as per requirement
∎ Prepare agreement for any contract with vendors/parties.
∎ Typing & filling of financial documents in the respective files of Finance and Administration
∎ 6. Other Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Bank Accounts and transection management
∎ Documentation system Development ensure preserve all files and documents
∎ Follow up procurement system and asset management systems
∎ Financial management of emergency relief and rehabilitation program.
∎ Coordination with concern stake holders
∎ Any other task assign by authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experiences.
∎ Having financial management skill of Microfinance programs, Development projects and Humanitarian projects management with Understanding National and International Accounting standards
∎ Having skill of financial management of multi-donor donation/grant/ supports and comply of multi donors.
∎ Having written and verbal communication in English
∎ Experience on Compliance of NGOAB, PKSF and MRA, Different Donor and Development partners
∎ Must have idea about the microfinance program.
∎ Should have expertise of operating accounting software (Tally software, automation system developed by Data soft)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
∎ After the provisional Period: 80,000++.
Salary will be collected from different sources like SCVC Project, General Fund, Income Generating Program (Microfinance) and other short duration projects but payment will be done from GF.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
