Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit and lead IT professionals to fulfill departmental needs.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies and documentation standards.
∎ Oversee digital learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom) with single sign-on access.
∎ Ensure cybersecurity using Cisco and Fortinet tools.
∎ Advise on IT strategy and innovation across the university.
∎ Design and manage live streaming setups for media and academic events. Develop ERP systems and ensure IT service redundancy and security.
∎ Lead IT audits and infrastructure management using VMware.
∎ Act as moderator for Cisco Networking and VMware IT Academies.
∎ Lead process re-engineering and automation of services.
