Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyers.
∎ Cardidates who have experienced on ‘Inditex, Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Primark, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Gloria Jeans’ will get preference.
∎ Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.
∎ Takes responsibility for Business development in New Markets & Must have direct buyers.
∎ Coordinate among factory production, raw material sourcing, planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production operation.
∎ Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
∎ Sales forecasting, Market analysis, and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business.
∎ Establish a long-range plan on capacity and business growth to leverage low cost and improve on-time delivery.
∎ Demonstrate strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers.
∎ Product development, Trend analysis, Fashion forecasting, and sustainable Material sourcing according to the buyer and company requirements.
∎ Able to handle costing & pricing properly.
