∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Candidates who have experienced on ‘Inditex, Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershaka, Primark, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Kleain, Gloria Jeans’ will get preference.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sweater or outerwear production processes, yarns, and accessories.
∎ Experience in managing large-scale orders and working with international buyers.
∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines under pressure
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali (additional foreign language skills preferred)
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Industry
∎ Experience: Apparel & Textile industry, specifically outerwear Merchandising with knowledge of yarn, accessories, and sweater production processes.
∎ Proven ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines under pressure.
