Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all orders and requisitions to plan and coordinate delivery activities
∎ Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products to all outlets & corporate clients as per requirement and schedule by 10 am daily.
∎ Accountable for the overall delivery operations including receiving, inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of finished goods inventory.
∎ Oversee and facilitate the activities of the assigned delivery team.
∎ Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages.
∎ Maintain ERP, prepare required delivery documentations and report delivery status to relevant departments
∎ Ensure proper availability of delivery staff & delivery helper
∎ Coordinating team members, routes, and budgets to ensure that all delivery schedules are met on time.
∎ Analyze all orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery and vehicle issues in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure all documents and important deliverables sent from head office are distributed to the concerned department or person accordingly.
∎ Ensure proper packaging of all products for all kinds of orders before delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations
