Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all delivery challan created by ERP and updated all travel card based on delivery.
∎ To ensure L/C, UP, UD/D. O/Management approval for all external party before delivery.
∎ To Control delivery cost/Transportation cost.
∎ To collect Delivery challan from Customer after delivery within short time.
∎ To make Delivery Plan daily and execute accordingly in an efficient manner.
∎ To conduct Training session for Driver/ Helper, Supervisor, Data entry, Delivery loader and junior staff with a view to employee development.
∎ To take strategic plan for reducing Vehicle Delivery Trip for reducing fuel cost.
∎ To deliver the Finished Goods to the Customer in an Appropriate Way that Customer Satisfaction will be gained.
∎ To take initiative to reduce Customer Complain, Feedback against Customer Complain as early as possible.
∎ To control Overtime of Delivery Section in terms of Delivery & Sales.
∎ Ensure Musok-6.3 all delivery van and guidance all drivers about traffic law for face emergency situation.
∎ To perform any other duties & responsibilities as directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in dealing with Product delivery section in Accessories Factories.
∎ Having experience in Vehicle Management handling, Delivery Scheduling and Vehicle Maintenance Management, Traffic Law, MUSAK related Acts etc.
