Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE/Engineering from reputed University with No Third Division in academic records.
∎ CCNA/RHCSA/MCSE/OCP/Java Developer/GMOB/Apps Developer Certifications from renowned institutes will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of Data Center, ATM & POS channels, especially during night and holidays.
∎ Monitor Data Center and SOC related services.
∎ Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
∎ Monitoring of Merchant POS especially during night and holidays.
∎ Monitoring network and Switch services.
∎ Perform UAT of ICT developments.
∎ Log and problem analysis for various purposes.
∎ Billing & Documentation of ICT Procurement related activities.
∎ Recording POS disputes.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year in a financial institute / reputed data center solution provider.
∎ Experience in managing data center will be given priority.
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure devices i.e. routers, Switch, OLT;
∎ Knowledge of tools used in monitoring the network;
∎ Working experience in Android Application development and programming languages/tools like Java/Python/SQL/.Net/Ajax will get preference.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
