Job Responsibilities:
∎ Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Excel
∎ Experience conducting data entry and data processing in Excel or any other software package
∎ Experience using ODK for quantitative data collection desired
∎ Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Ability to operate in a cross-cultural environment requiring flexibility
∎ Fluency in English speaking and writing
∎ Knowledge of Chittagong local language (understanding and speaking) is a must
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Ability to translate questionnaire from English to Bangla
∎ Strong attention to details
Additional Requirements:
∎ data entry and cleaning
∎ Taking minutes of Coordination Meetings
∎ Creation and update of IM products as 4ws, service mapping and camp profiles
∎ monitoring of field teams (site assistants and enumerators) under the supervision of the Information Management & Data Coordinator.
∎ Provision of training in data collection (KOBO)
∎ Specifically, the DA will be expected to support uploading of all forms from mobile data collection tools, storage of information according to data collection standard operating procedures and cleaning of data with support from the field team.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
