∎ At least 3 years of job experience mostly in Database Administration and Application support.
∎ Possess strong technical knowledge in handling L2/L3 business application support.
∎ Experience in mail service (Zimbra, O365).
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ L2/L3 operational support for Core Insurance Database.
∎ Management and L1/L2 support for other business applications.
∎ Build database systems with high availability and quality based on each end user’s specialized role.
∎ Define user permissions and enable data distribution to the correct users in the appropriate format and in a timely manner.
∎ Minimize database downtime and optimize parameters for fast query responses.
∎ Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training for users.
∎ Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply patches and version updates as needed.
∎ Perform regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, replication, and integrity.
∎ Validate data and conduct extensive testing to maintain data security, privacy, and integrity to enhance user experience.
∎ Escalate issues to L3 support when change management is required.
∎ Update information on applications and websites as per business needs.
∎ Develop websites, update patches, ensure security, and monitor performance.
∎ Actively engage in project implementation.
∎ Collaborate closely with vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
∎ Conduct IT-related training sessions.
∎ Maintain and update technical documentation and SOPs.
∎ Participate in cross-functional activities.
∎ Strong working experience with MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle etc.
∎ Experience in application/system implementation projects
∎ Strong technical skills in Cpanel, PHP, WordPress.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Working experience in Windows Server and Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat)
