Responsibilities:
- Inputting and maintaining accurate records of Utility & Machine parts Item.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents such as contracts & Bills.
- Communication & Negotiation with different suppliers to get the utility & maintenance parts on time & keep records as well.
- Maintain Minimum & Maximum levels of the maintenance property
- Ensuring that all operation comply with local laws & maintain in organized for audit & review.
