Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst/Engineer to join our team. This role is a combination of Data Analytical and Engineering skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify key business questions and requirements, design and execute data analyses, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate also needs to have experience in building reports, dashboard, and data pipeline/ETL for data analytics operations. Must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.

∎ . Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in the data and data Models.
∎ . Develop and maintain automated data pipelines/ETL to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of data.
∎ . Conduct ad hoc data analyses to answer specific business questions and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
∎ . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and analyze results to inform business decisions.
∎ . Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress toward business goals.
∎ . Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
∎ . Must have high-level SQL Query written skills for RDBMS/No-SQL/Hive/Big Data/Metadata.
∎ . Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI is a must.
∎ . Must be good at Data normalization, Query Optimization, Process Optimization, and Memory Utilization.
∎ . Having knowledge is Python, Panda library, and PySpark package using the Anaconda environment will be a big advantage.
∎ . High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ . Prepare Product Documentation for End Users.
∎ . Other duties as assigned.
