Job Context:
∎ We invite applications for the position "Data Assistant" to join our data management team.
∎ Employment term: The position will be for 1 year (3 month provisionary), may be extended based on performance and mutual interest.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enter and clean data in excel and other appropriate software.
∎ Help data teams process collected and generated data (by cleaning, performing initial calculations etc.)
∎ Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
∎ Archive and save data in conformity with data confidentiality and security rules.
∎ Prepare short report in Bengali or English for the team
∎ Ensure the quality check of data regular.
∎ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
∎ Additional Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare short report or document in Bengali.
∎ Support data team to analyze data and create charts, tables, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years' experience, preferably in data assistant, research area. Previous experience in data entry, field research, content writing in Bengali in any national or international organization will be treated as an advantage.
∎ Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science or any related subjects (any renowned institute)
∎ Skill Required: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, some programming knowledge add advantage.
∎ Mush have Bengali and English Typing skills.

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
