• Job Experience Required- 1-3 year experience data analytics and visualization technologies Required Capabilities
• Basic programing language
• Basic graphic design as added advantage
• Introductory knowledge on RDBMS technologies and SQL
• Data visualization capabilities
• Creative and curious mindset
• Communication and presentation skill
• Basic knowledge in Python, PL/SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as added advantage

• Coding, data engineering and development using MicroStrategy.
• Incorporate change requests in MicroStrategy dashboard within defined timeline.
• Conduct R&D on the dashboard and visualization.
• Prepare various reports and monitor market wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior.
• Validate and supervise preparation of reports and analysis which has been generated by the team before publishing on a regular basis.
• Acquire, store and update all critical customer data in an organized manner from business intelligence team.
• Supervise and monitor data backup, server storage and set priority for data upload and offload.
• Help to Empower stakeholders and organization with business insights & hidden meaning of information to make data driven business decisions.
• Participate in descriptive-predictive-prescriptive analytics.
• Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.
• Partner with different operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.
