Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build data models and data plans through data analysis to contribute to decision making for the programme.
∎ Generate data visualizations, including infographics and maps, using Power BI, Tableau or other tools.
∎ Provide dedicated technical advice, design and implement data collection tools, sampling frameworks, data storage systems, and analytical products.
∎ Monitor quality of collected data, perform data transformation activities, and ensure regular updates on data quality in collaboration with the MIS and M&E units.
∎ Manage MIS reports for partners, donors and all relevant stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
∎ Undertake capacity-building initiatives in relation to data management and analysis.
∎ Provide need basis technical support to programme units in terms of data collection, analysis for further decision making.
∎ Recommend and promote the use of data management tools within and outside the programmes.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
