Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Sciences/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate and lead on technology security project planning and aligning with the requirement of business to achieve and ensure a secure operational platform with proper on-time implementation as per the plan
∎ Operate and maintain security systems & solutions (PAM, SIEM, IPS, NTBA, EDR), etc, ensure that the security tools are effective to protect threats, maintain CIS, NIST standards, privilege user access monitoring
∎ Assist team to identify systems related vulnerabilities & threats (OS, Applications, DB & network) and follow up with all the stakeholders to mitigate on-time
∎ Assist teams by monitoring security environment events, logs and reports, identify security gaps & threats and evaluate & implement enhancements
∎ Identify new controls to protect information, guide technology team to be compliant with regulatory and legal requirements and bring operational efficiency to use security tools
∎ Develop controls to minimize third party risks and effectively participate in cross-functional security projects
∎ Participate in implementing of security posture comply with HQ, governmental and industry best practices, internal-external audit & regulatory requirements, follow up with the stakeholders to close the relevant audit action items within timeline and plan and implement remediation to mitigate audit findings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
∎ Advanced knowledge in Vulnerability, Threats, and mitigation strategies
∎ Knowledge of Security systems & solutions (PAM, Firewall, SIEM, IPS, EDR etc.)
∎ Moderate knowledge of telecom Networks
∎ Moderate knowledge of penetration testing
∎ Moderate knowledge of AD, Linux/Unix/Windows, DNS, exchange, Database, Router/Switch, Firewall
∎ Moderate knowledge of the architecture of the telecom industry
∎ Moderate knowledge of scripting, Regex, etc. and common vulnerability/threat scanning tools
