∎ He/She should be at least graduated.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review EOI/proposal requirements and enable to provide of qualified CVs as per the TORs
∎ Collect and prepare CVs as per the prescribed format of the RFP
∎ Assist the proposal section/team in preparing EOIs/proposals
∎ Ensure effective communication with the client during preparing EOIs/proposals
∎ Keep liaison with other reputed consultants, professionals, firms, Govt./ private agencies for updation procurement activities
∎ Prepare a CV database/Bank having CV grading
∎ Conduct and assist all relevant activities related to business development and CV management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Has worked at a reputed consulting firm for at least 3 years and has a satisfactory number of CVs of consultants at his disposal. Without this qualification candidates don't need to apply. Experience with a consulting firm is relaxable if the candidate is equipped with a CV database, which is outstanding.
∎ Excellent writing and oral skills in English and Bengali
∎ Must have the capability to write field reports/notes
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
∎ Must have good exposure to computer and MS Office program
∎ Has good communication skills
∎ Can work under pressure
Salary:
