Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
Knit and Oven both Fabric Cutting Specialist are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for cutting planning, developing and implementing of cutting process and procedure.
- To manage and monitor the overall administration of Cutting department.
- Monitor all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce garments in the allotted time
- Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
- Monthly team-wise production and efficiency report. Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
- Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan, Cutting quality and fusing quality control.
- To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
- Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut.
- Good knowledge of fabric consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, size set, etc
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
