∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan daily, weekly, and monthly cutting schedules based on production requirements and priorities.
∎ Allocate necessary resources (manpower, machinery, materials) for timely execution.
∎ Ensure proper inspection of fabrics for defects and color shading before cutting.
∎ Verify fabric consumption and ensure minimal wastage during the cutting process.
∎ Monitor fabric relaxation processes properly.
∎ Ensure close communication with Planning & Quality department for smooth operations.
∎ Implement proper marker-making to optimize fabric usage.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of SOPs to minimize errors in cutting.
∎ To maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.
∎ Provide training and guidance to improve productivity and efficiency.
∎ Address workforce grievances and maintain discipline within the team.
∎ Make proper production calculation to reduce overtime and improve cost effectiveness.
∎ Monitor the progress of cutting operations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the process.Any others job assigned by factory management.
