Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain SOP of cutting.
∎ Follow input status for supply to sewing line.
∎ Ability to execute production as per requirement within time limit.
∎ Ensure right fabric for cutting.
∎ Capable for Cutting Daily 40K pcs woven & knit garments.
∎ Monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in the Cutting Department to be ready for daily operation.
∎ Analyze approved sample and cutting marker to erase consumption shortage.
∎ Ensure count number of layers with layer paper carefully before start cutting.
∎ Ensure the cutting qualities and fabric roll with color detail sheet carefully.
∎ Get Print & Embroidery status and plan to Print & Embroidery priority required.
∎ Follow up cutting plans and carry out as per schedule.
∎ Communicate with relevant departments to operate cutting department efficiently and effectively.
∎ Prepared daily production report for the management.
∎ Provide consumption quantity to cutting operator.
∎ Responsible for spreading process, fabrics, cutting internal control.
∎ Check pattern or marker & provide training to all employees of cutting dept.
∎ Report to Management if there are any problems related to fabric, pattern, others resolving.
∎ Ensure SOP of Fusing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
