∎ HSC/SSC pass can be apply if Candidate is Experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cutting Section, production management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Buyer’s order procedures from fabric receive to cutting and input to sewing.
∎ Collect new order booking sheet and make cutting plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly cutting plan considering shipment schedule.
∎ Maintain daily working target according to cutting plan.
∎ Ensure strictly waste control (reduce cutting rejection & fabric wastage) etc.
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard.
∎ Capacity to handle a cutting floor considering compliance standard.
∎ Receive Fabrics as per booking consumption and ensure quality cutting.
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement cutting guideline.
∎ Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of cutting section.
∎ Knowledge how to maintain lay chart and fabric per-consumption report, etc.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Fabrics Store as per Consumption.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ Lay Inspection- Marking - and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics Consumption shall be within the Plan' if Cross then take approval from Superior.
∎ Ensure Numbering are made actually.
∎ Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Liaison with the Merchandising Department, Production Head, Quality Manager and Dyeing & Finishing Department etc.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
