Responsibilities & Context:
Your Responsibilities:
- Reply to messages and emails from parents, students, and tutors
- Help with class scheduling and technical problems
- Remind tutors about their upcoming sessions
- Coordinate with the internal team to solve issues
- Keep proper records of all chats and emails
- Make sure users are satisfied with the support
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Zoom, Google tools, etc.)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Willing to work night shifts from the office
- Must live in Dhaka or be ready to relocate
- Rotaional shift
