Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring a proactive and results-oriented Social Media Chat Executive – Lead Generation to join our growing team. This is a Remote (Work From Home) Night Shift position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for posting advertisements on various social media platforms, engaging with interested prospects via chat, and converting conversations into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Post ads and promotional content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Respond to incoming messages and inquiries promptly and professionally
Engage prospects via chat and understand their requirements
Collect relevant details and qualify potential leads
Categorize leads as cold, warm, or hot
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM
Follow up with interested prospects through chat
Coordinate with the internal team for further processing of hot leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong persuasion and chat conversation skills
2-3 years of prior experience in social media handling or lead generation
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Target-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of Facebook groups, pages, and online communities
Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home
