Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our strategic B2B clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.

  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular business reviews.

  • Negotiate contracts/agreements with clients.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and profitability targets by onboarding new clients regularly and meet the client onboarding target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to travel when required.
