Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Management of CRM and other related software.
Provide accurate information about MetroWings' services.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with customers and generate potential leads.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.
