Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and optimize Social Media Advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
Maintain and update the company website
Communicate with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct project presentations and site visits with potential buyers
Visit customer locations when required
Generate quality leads and achieve sales targets
Contribute to business growth and brand development
Various posters and videos will be created for Facebook
posts and boosting.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla
Confident, smart, and target-oriented personality
Valid Driving License (Preferred)
Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Website Maintenance
Long-term career mindset with a willingness to grow with the company
