Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

  2. Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's dealer, distributor, and customer network.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key agricultural stakeholders.

  5. Promote the company's advanced agricultural technologies, equipment, and farming solutions to customers.

  6. Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor performance.

  7. Prepare sales forecasts, regional business plans, and periodic sales performance reports.

  8. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

  9. Organize product demonstrations, farmer meetings, training sessions, and promotional campaigns within the assigned region.

  10. Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

  11. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales representatives to strengthen regional sales operations.

  12. Analyze market trends, pricing, and customer needs, and provide recommendations to management.

  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.

  14. Represent the company at agricultural exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.

  15. Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of the company's business objectives.
