Who we're looking for:

  • 1–5 years of Corporate/Project Sales experience
  • Experience in Lift/Elevator, HVAC, Generator, Fire Fighting Systems, Electrical Project Sales, Building Materials, Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Cement, Steel, Aluminum & Glass, Construction Chemicals, or Real Estate Project Sales
  • Experience working with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, industrial clients, or project owners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Schedule client appointments and maintain regular communication through phone calls and emails.

  • Participate in client meetings as required.

  • Update and maintain customer and sales data in the EBS database.

  • Prepare and submit daily work reports to the HOS, NSM, and CSM.

  • Coordinate client factory visits and arrange necessary logistics.

  • Prepare sales quotations and related documentation.

  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly KPI targets.

  • Monitor product offers, promotions, and rebate programs.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or Section In-Charge.
