Additional Requirements: Who we're looking for:
- 1–5 years of Corporate/Project Sales experience
- Experience in Lift/Elevator, HVAC, Generator, Fire Fighting Systems, Electrical Project Sales, Building Materials, Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Cement, Steel, Aluminum & Glass, Construction Chemicals, or Real Estate Project Sales
- Experience working with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, industrial clients, or project owners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities & Context: Schedule client appointments and maintain regular communication through phone calls and emails.
Participate in client meetings as required.
Update and maintain customer and sales data in the EBS database.
Prepare and submit daily work reports to the HOS, NSM, and CSM.
Coordinate client factory visits and arrange necessary logistics.
Prepare sales quotations and related documentation.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly KPI targets.
Monitor product offers, promotions, and rebate programs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or Section In-Charge.
