Responsibilities & Context:
Contact agents and job seekers by phone from the office to inform them about overseas job opportunities.
Explain job details, salary, working hours, and other employment conditions.
Answer calls and respond to inquiries from candidates and agents in a professional manner.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain records of leads.
Promote overseas job opportunities through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Create simple video reels or promotional videos for social media marketing.
Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned by the management.
