Job Context

JSK Group, a reputed and diversified organization engaged in healthcare, diagnostics, transportation, and overseas employment support, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for its Takamul (PACC) Training Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting Takamul (PACC) training services, generating prospective trainees, building relationships with recruiting agencies and business partners, and supporting the organization’s mission of preparing skilled workers for overseas employment, particularly in GCC countries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote the Takamul (PACC) Training Program to prospective trainees, recruiting agencies, corporate clients, and business partners.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase trainee enrollment and brand awareness.

  • Conduct field visits, presentations, seminars, and promotional campaigns to generate new leads.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, training partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the Takamul (PACC) training network.

  • Counsel prospective candidates regarding training programs, certification processes, and overseas employment opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly enrollment and marketing targets as assigned by management.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and trainee admissions.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports, lead conversion reports, and business development updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, career expos, awareness programs, and promotional events.

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and the standards of the Takamul (PACC) Training Program.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and program development.
