Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Truck Sourcing Executive/sr. Executive to identify, onboard, and manage a reliable network of truck owners and transport providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of vehicles to meet operational requirements of the corporate clients while maintaining competitive pricing and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard truck owners, fleet operators, and transportation brokers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners.

• Negotiate freight rates and transportation agreements.

• Ensure timely availability of trucks based on corporate clients requirements.

• Coordinate with Sales team, and Accounts & Finance team to fulfill clients needs.

• Monitor vendor performance and address service-related issues.

• Maintain an updated database of transport vendors and fleet availability.

• Verify vehicle and driver documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Track market freight rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Prepare sourcing reports and maintain accurate records.

• Willingness and availability to travel as required to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Availability to work beyond standard business hours to support clients requirements.
