We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Social Media Lead Generation Executive who can generate high-quality leads through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with people, collecting relevant information, and converting conversations into qualified leads.
Generate leads using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit
Communicate confidently with potential customers, understand their requirements, and collect accurate contact and profile information
Use DMs, comments, groups, and community engagement for lead generation
Identify and target potential customers based on business requirements
Create and post lead-focused content (posts, stories, reels, comments)
Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads before sharing with the sales team
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions
Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Proven experience in social media lead generation
Strong communication skills with the ability to talk to people and gather necessary information politely and professionally
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Experience in education, tutoring, SaaS, or service-based businesses
Knowledge of paid ads or funnel-based lead generation
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Hootsuite
