Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Social Media Lead Generation Executive who can generate high-quality leads through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with people, collecting relevant information, and converting conversations into qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit

  • Communicate confidently with potential customers, understand their requirements, and collect accurate contact and profile information

  • Use DMs, comments, groups, and community engagement for lead generation

  • Identify and target potential customers based on business requirements

  • Create and post lead-focused content (posts, stories, reels, comments)

  • Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads before sharing with the sales team

  • Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions

  • Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance

  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media lead generation

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to talk to people and gather necessary information politely and professionally

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in education, tutoring, SaaS, or service-based businesses

  • Knowledge of paid ads or funnel-based lead generation

  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Hootsuite
