Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and configure Customers various Wi-Fi routers.
∎ Handle all incoming & outbound calls at daily basis effectively.
∎ Perform tasks of Customer Management, Communicate with Customers and creating
∎ new customers.
∎ Identify customer needs, understand diverse customer psychology & cater their service accordingly.
∎ Drive & ensure implementation of Customer care development plan.
∎ Maintain inventory & co-ordinate with the supply-chain team.
∎ Maintain and configure Customers various Wi-Fi routers.
∎ Remotely Support, diagnosing and troubleshooting networking devices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
