Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, and processes

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Assist clients throughout the service process and provide after-sales support
