We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and well-presented Female Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a travel agency, TV channel, or media-related organization, with strong communication and sales skills. The role involves client handling, sales conversion, and occasional on-camera presentation for promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a professional manner

• Promote and sell travel packages, visa services, and related products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Prepare and present service-related content when required

• Participate in promotional videos, live sessions, or social media content (if needed)

• Coordinate with visa processing and operations teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Female candidate, presentable and confident in communication

• Previous experience in travel agency, airline, TV channel, media, or customer service/sales preferred

• Strong spoken Bangla and English communication skills

• Comfortable in front of camera for promotional or marketing activities (preferred)

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Basic computer and social media handling knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
