Customer Support Executive
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and providing timely support. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
Preference & Additional Requirements:
We prefer corporate, well-presented female candidates who are confident, smart, and professional in appearance. Applicants must be comfortable appearing in videos and creating promotional content for the agency when required. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in any travel agency or TV/media-related field will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media professionally
Provide accurate information regarding services, visa processing, bookings, and travel procedures
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist clients throughout the service process and provide after-sales support
Support marketing activities through video appearances and content participation when needed
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude at all times
