Anaas Limited is seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Customer Support Executive.
As a part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing solutions.
Working Hours: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Day off Friday).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate product information to customer.
Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback to the management team.
Keep track of customer complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution.
