Responsibilities & Context:
- Visit Client Location to Provide Software and hardware support.
- Hardware and Software Installation.
- Providing IT support and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Software Maintenance.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware. software and network faults.
- Providing technical support (physically & remotely) on call basis and in schedule.
- Managing stocks of all IT accessories.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, CCTV, software systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Find out customer’s requirement and presenting appropriately to ensure sale.
- Capability to travel intensively within Bangladesh.
- Achieve reasonable given sales target.
- Follow up all customer’s daily basis.
- Report to Top Management daily basis.
