∎ Configure and Troubleshoot Routers, Switch, Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Handling client complaints via phone, email or chat.
∎ Ensure Customer Support over the Phone, Email, Remote Access, or Physical Presence if required.
∎ Monitor Network Devices of the Company and Customer Network.
∎ Attending incoming Calls of Customers.
∎ Who have the passion to build up his career is ISP industry, are requested to apply.
