Responsibilities & Context:
- Who have the passion to build up his career is ISP industry, are requested to apply.
- Configure and Troubleshoot Routers, Switch, Wi-Fi etc.
- Handling client complaints via phone, email or chat.
- Ensure Customer Support over the Phone, Email, Remote Access, or Physical Presence if required.
- Monitor Network Devices of the Company and Customer Network.
- Attending incoming Calls of Customers.
